Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit this website or register interest in Crescent Stables, and what rights you have under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

We are a small business and have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Please send any privacy question or request to the email address above.
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect what you type into the form: your name and email address (required), and optionally your phone number, company, what you are interested in and any message.
Automatically, we record the date and time of your registration and the country your connection comes from (worked out by our hosting provider from your IP address; we don't store the IP address itself with your registration).
To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address, browser type and connection details) to tell people apart from automated bots.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't include, special category data (for example health information) in your message.

We only use your details in connection with Crescent Stables. We won't send you marketing about other properties or services unless you separately agree to it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, secure storage of registrations, and the Turnstile spam check. For Turnstile, Cloudflare also uses the technical signals to improve its bot detection, as a controller in its own right; see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend: delivers an email notification of each registration to our team's mailbox.
- Our email provider: hosts the mailbox that receives those notifications and our correspondence with you.
If you go on to view or take the building, we may share relevant details with our professional advisers (such as solicitors or letting agents acting for us). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States, and Cloudflare's network operates worldwide, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more detail.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details until Crescent Stables has been let, and then delete them within 12 months. If you ask us to stop contacting you before then, we'll delete your details, keeping only a minimal record so we don't contact you again. If you become a tenant, records relating to your lease are kept separately for as long as the lease and any legal limitation periods require.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to our using it on the basis of legitimate interests;
- ask for data you gave us in a portable format.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and similar technologies
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies or similar technologies on this site are strictly necessary ones set by Cloudflare for security, for example by the Turnstile spam check when you submit the form. These don't need your consent.
The map on our home page is generated on our own server, so viewing it doesn't send your data to Google. If you follow a link to Google Maps or WhatsApp, you leave our site and that service's own privacy policy applies.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
